Harvey J. Austin
Harvey Austin is a 1993 graduate of Huntington High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, with a minor in Broadcast Production from Marshall University and a master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University. He is currently pursuing a graduate certification in Museum Studies and VR/AR Exhibitions at Northwestern University
Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President and head of Content Production at Synesos Health’s BoldSky Creative Studio. With a distinguished career spanning twenty-five years, he specializes in video and broadcast production across Advertising/PR, Live Events and Experiential Design.
Throughout his professional journey, Harvey has collaborated with prominent brands across diverse sectors, including healthcare, retail, and entertainment. His portfolio includes collaborations with Victoria Secret, Disney, Pfizer, Coca-Cola, and Viacom. His innovative approach has consistently set industry benchmarks, earning him accolades and recognition for his outstanding contributions.
Harvey is dedicated to nurturing growth and mentorship within the creative community. He actively supports various creative mentorship associations, charitable arts associations and initiatives centered on social and human justice. He serves as co-president of the Marshall Alumni Central Ohio Chapter and is a Board member of 100 Roses from Concrete, a New York based organization that supports diversity by creating a global platform for people of color in the advertising industry to connect, collaborate, and grow. He established the Harvey J. and Kimberly Austin Foundation Scholarship, which supports graphic design or video production for students in Marshall University’s College of Arts and Media.
